Olivia Mahoney

Key Accounts Sales Team Lead

Setting Her Sights on Sales from the Start
Olivia joined NZWindows as a receptionist in 2016 and from day one, her drive and natural talent for communication stood out to management. Her determination to grow quickly paid off when she was offered a sales role; an opportunity she had been working toward from the beginning.

Rising Through the Ranks
In her role as a Sales Rep, Olivia thrived, demonstrating her skills and commitment. Her success in the position led to her promotion as Key Account Sales Team Lead, where she now oversees all group home builder accounts and plays a key role in training new team members. “I feel very thankful for the opportunities I have been given throughout my career and always strive to achieve more. As well as my passion for supporting people through their roles in the company, I also love bringing clients dreams to reality where possible”, says Olivia.

A Passion for People
Olivia’s natural ability to connect with people has played a key role in her success at NZWindows. As Key Account Sales Lead, she takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. “I enjoy getting to know our customers and finding ways to support their goals. It’s especially rewarding to manage relationships with our two largest group builder clients,” she says.

We’re proud to have Olivia as a valued member of the NZWindows team. Her enthusiasm and dedication inspire both her colleagues and our customers.

Prashnant ‘PK’ Kumar

Factory Manager

PK’s Path

Fresh out of school, PK joined NZWindows in 2015 as a Sash Assembler, eager to hit the ground running and work on the factory floor. His can-do attitude and eagerness to learn quickly earned him an apprenticeship, where he mastered skills from cutting and prepping, to assembling and glazing. After 4 years, PK became a fully qualified Level 3 and 4 Aluminium Joiner. His drive and dedication saw him progress rapidly from a Site Maintenance role to Factory Team Lead, Factory Supervisor, and Factory Manager, where he was just 24 years old.

A Positive Team Culture

As Factory Manager, PK places great importance on fostering a positive team culture. “One of the main reasons I’ve been with NZWindows for over nine years is the incredible team and culture. It’s important to me that my team feels the same”, he shares. Known for his energetic personality and sense of humour, PK believes in creating an inclusive and fun workplace. “We’re one team and we choose the right attitude every day. Everyone deserves to feel valued and included, regardless of their role”.

Knowing the Factory Inside Out

Starting on the factory floor gave PK a unique advantage in his current role. “Completing my apprenticeship is something I’m super proud of; it’s shaped my career” he explains. “Working as an Assembler taught me the ins and outs of the process, which makes problem-solving much easier now. If there’s an issue, chances are I’ve encountered it before. This hands-on experience also helps me understand how things work onsite, saving time and ensuring efficiency”.
