NZWindows proudly collaborated with Next Level Construct and Phil the Head Builder from Oakhill Carpentry to bring this masterpiece to life. Deservingly, The Art of Precision took home the Regional Gold Award at the 2024 Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

10-Metre Over-Wall Slider
Sitting in the heart of this home is a 10-metre over-wall slider, allowing for an unobstructed view and a wide opening between the lounge and decking area. This innovative design offers access to the outdoors while retaining valuable interior wall space. The door seamlessly slides over the top of the wall, creating a modern and open-concept design.
Automated High Windows
The home’s elevated windows not only enhance temperature regulation and flood the space with natural light but also offer added convenience with their built-in automation. This allows the owners to enjoy fresh air while eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
