Carbon Emissions and Energy

Partnership with APL
NZWindows supports the use of certified zero-carbon aluminium through our partnership with APL.

Introducing Electric Vehicles
We are introducing electric vehicles (EVs) and pool vehicles to our fleet to reduce emissions associated with transportation and support the transition to low-carbon mobility.

Working toward Carbon Neutrality
We are working toward carbon neutrality across our operations and working with suppliers to align with national and global climate goals.
Environmentally Conscious Manufacturing

APL’s powder coating processes are chromate-free, excluding harmful substances such as TGIC, PVC derivatives, formaldehyde, lead, and cadmium.

APL products are “Declared” by the “International Living Future Institute” & Red List compliant, supporting healthier buildings and communities.

- Over 99% of aluminium scrap generated in our manufacturing processes is recycled.
- Our facilities implement comprehensive recycling and waste diversion systems to reduce landfill impact.
