Winner of ‘The Most Beautiful, Innovative and Iconic Building’ award at the Dubai ‘Best Practices for Sustainable Development’ event.

Aptly located on the edge of the redwood forest in Whakarewarewa Forest Park, this project combines technology with culture, showcasing an innovative structure and unique build. The façade was made up of 270 individually unique glass panes, in which NZWindows manufactured and installed. SCION’s Innovation hub is sustainably designed, with the coloured curtain wall reflecting the forest canopy and acknowledging the cultural significance of the land.
