Potential issue regarding imported aluminium windows and doors
MBIE has recently issued a Building Performance alert relating to imported aluminium window and door products. The alert encourages Building Consent Authorities to carefully assess compliance documentation to help ensure products installed in New Zealand buildings meet the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code and deliver the expected levels of safety, durability and performance.
