Te Arai Links
Positioned alongside the coastline and nestled into the landscape of two pure links golf courses you will find Te Arai Links, an accommodation experience like no other. NZWindows supplied the joinery for the oceanfront cottages, and villas, which were beautifully crafted by Vivian Construction and architect John Irving.
NZWindows sliding doors and large expansive fixed windows offer breathtaking views of the course and ocean. The combination of high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Te Arai.
Multi-Residential
Cadness Apartments
Nearing completion, this apartment complex, developed by Woodview Construction and Kāinga Ora, showcases high functionality and durability. The project goal was clear: to provide high quality, warm, safe, dry and healthy homes. By partnering with NZWindows, they have ensured that each home in the complex meets the highest standards of quality and comfort.
The joinery consists of awning windows, fixed windows, and sliding doors, all finished in a Duratec Matt Ironsand powdercoat.

Sonata Apartments
Completed in March 2023, the Sonata Apartments, a five-level luxury residence emerged as a standout project deserving its own spotlight. This bold, striking architecturally designed apartment encapsulates the very best in timeless modernist living. Collaborating with Metro Glass & Glasshape, we contributed to the project’s success by delivering full-height, double-glazed curved glass façade windows.
Bay of Plenty Region
Commercial
93 Cameron Rd, Tauranga
NZWindows supplied and installed the windows and doors for this stunning new addition to the Tauranga CBD commercial landscape. The curtain wall façade comprises 186 panes, contributing to a total of 350 windows, including standard windows and arch sliders. This expansive window feature is illuminated by external fin lighting, depicting the iconic landmark Mount Maunganui.
The project showcases clean lines, expansive feature windows and an impressive street presence, which perfectly captures the project’s vision. We take great pride in working alongside numerous exceptional suppliers such as ILine Constructionand Cube Architectureto achieve this success.
Off the grid
Watercliff
Off the main road and down a long windy driveway you’ll find one of New Zealand’s best kept secrets… Watercliff. Each of the four retreat style cabins beautifully showcases a selection of NZWindows joinery. Big, expansive, unhindered access and views overlooking the river were crucial to the design aesthetic. Our fixed windows provided large expanses of uninterrupted glass, helping the owner’s vision come to life. The positioning of our windows and doors maximises the connection to nature, whilst maintaining privacy from neighbouring cabins.

G.J. Gardner Showhome
This striking showhome by G.J. Gardners is complete with a careful selection of NZWindows joinery. ‘Desert Romance’ features a mixture of our sliding, fixed & awning windows, offering uninterrupted garden views from every room. A key design feature of this space is our corner stacker sliding door, that beautifully connects the homes indoor and outdoor living spaces. After a visit to this Papamoa showhome, you’re guaranteed to leave inspired for your next project.
Waikato Region
From the residential neighborhoods of Hamilton to the farmlands and all the way to the Coromandel coastline, we have undertaken some exciting projects. Here are a few standouts from our extensive collection.
New Build – Residential
Fox Residence
The key objectives of this build included maximising natural light in every room, improving ventilation, and creating seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. The team at NZWindows were proud to work alongside Jennian Homes in bringing this bespoke project to fruition.
The joinery is all from NZWindows residential series, complete with sliding and French doors, a Plasma powder coated aluminium entrance door and a servery window. The homeowners opted for Green Tint Solux Glass, successfully ticking the insulation box, filtering harmful UV rays to prevent sun damage, while also adding to aesthetic appeal.
New Build – Architectural
Tent House
Pitched among sand dunes on the coastline of Ocean Beach reserve in Tairua, Tent House stands as a testament to the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of NZWindows joinery. This project has to be one of our favourites to date!
The integration of NZWindows joinery, with its blend of functionality, durability and aesthetics, played a pivotal role in meeting the homeowners’ design aspirations. With sleek, modern profiles our joinery complements the architectural style of Strachan Group, adding a touch of sophistication to this coastal abode. The clean lines and minimalist design of aluminium frames frame picturesque views of the ocean, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
Wellington Region
New Build – Architectural
Beach House, Waikanae
Andrew Sexton Architectures creative vision was executed to perfection, with the craftmanship of NZWindows joinery and the expertise of the Pinnacle Construction team. “Generous where it needs to be, the home embodies a sort of low-key luxury appropriate for its coastal locale.”
A standout element from this build is the pitched thermal roof window, allowing the homeowner to soak up the natural light that streams down.
The joinery is all from the Metro Thermal Heart series, complete with fixed windows, sliding doors and bifold doors. The homeowner chose to finish them with Frost Ultra Medium Bronze joinery which perfectly complements the home’s natural timber exterior.
New Build – Residential
Saddle House, Aotea
Situated on a gently sloping site that offers stunning views of the Wellington harbour and ocean, every detail of this home was expertly designed by Wallace Architects and Mathew Palmer Constructions to maximise views and sunlight.
With their effortless operation and slim profiles, large sliding doors were a key design element used to create a sense of continuity, blurring the lines between inside and out.
The joinery is all from the Metro and Residential series, complete with fixed windows, sliding windows, and fixed doors. The homeowner chose to finish them with Matt Black powdercoat and opted for Solux-E glass.
